Delete your EfLearn account
EfLearn — operated by Eficaz HR Services Private Limited
You can delete your EfLearn account at any time, from the EfLearn app for Android or iOS or from the website. It takes effect at once and cannot be undone.
1. In the app or on the website
1.1 Log in to EfLearn.
1.2 Open Menu → Settings (on a computer: your initial at the top right → Settings).
1.3 Under Delete my account, type DELETE and press Delete my account.
On the website the page is eflearn.eficazindia.com/app/settings.
2. If you cannot log in
Write to neha@eficazindia.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm by email once it is done.
3. What is deleted and what is kept
3.1 Deleted: your name, email address, mobile number and password; the HR data you uploaded and any connected Google Sheets; your questions to the AI assistant; your dashboard settings. Your certificates are revoked and lose your name, so their verification pages stop working.
3.2 Kept without your name: learning progress, simulation and case results (they then count only towards anonymous totals, such as a class leaderboard).
3.3 Kept: tax invoices for past purchases, for 8 years, as Indian GST law requires (see our Privacy Policy).
4. Subscriptions bought in the app
Deleting your account does not stop a subscription you bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it there as well: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
