Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to eflearn, an online learning platform operated by Eficaz HR Services Private Limited ("Eficaz", "we", "us"), GSTIN 27AAJCE0207B1ZA, registered at Floor 2, Survey No.17, Office No.202, Picasso Kedari Icon, Salunkhe Vihar Road, Near Badhai Sweets, Pune, Maharashtra 411048, and published at eflearn.eficazindia.com. By purchasing a course or using the platform you agree to them.
What you are buying
eflearn is sold as individual online courses. A purchase entitles you to access the course content for the period stated at the time of purchase, or indefinitely where no period is stated. Prices are shown inclusive of GST; the exact total is shown before you pay. A tax invoice is sent to your billing email once payment is confirmed. Payment is collected by Cashfree Payments. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Course access
Access is granted to the individual purchaser only. You may not share, transfer or resell your login or course access. Course content — videos, PDFs, assignments and any other materials — is made available digitally and remains accessible for the purchased period.
Your account
Purchasing creates one account for the email address you buy with. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.
Intellectual property
All course content is the intellectual property of Eficaz HR Services Private Limited. You may not reproduce, record, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The case studies, simulations, quizzes and their scoring in HR Arena — including case studies based on publicly reported events — are Eficaz proprietary works. The underlying public facts belong to no one, but our write-ups, structure, questions, analysis and lessons do. Copying or reproducing them without our written permission may result in legal action.
Videos from YouTube
The Videos section shows free videos hosted on YouTube, chosen by our team for learning. They belong to their owners and play in YouTube's own player; by watching them you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. We never charge for them. If you own a video and want it removed, or think one breaks the law or YouTube's rules, write to neha@eficazindia.com with the video link — we review requests within 72 hours and remove videos while we check.
Acceptable use
You agree not to share login credentials, record or redistribute course content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Platform availability and support
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure. Support is by email at neha@eficazindia.com on working days.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to what you have paid for the course the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income or employment opportunity.
Suspension
We may suspend an account used in breach of these terms or in a way that threatens our platform or providers. Where we can, we will tell you first.
Changes
We may change these terms and will publish the new version on this page. Material changes apply to purchases made after they are published.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
