Refunds & Cancellations

1. What you are buying

1.1 eflearn is sold as individual online courses, each giving access to recorded video lessons, PDFs and other materials for the period stated at purchase, or indefinitely where no period is stated.

1.2 All prices are quoted inclusive of GST. The exact total is shown before you pay. A tax invoice is sent to your billing email once payment is confirmed.

1.3 Payment is collected by Cashfree Payments. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

2. Refund window

2.1 You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the course content.

2.2 To request a refund, email neha@eficazindia.com from the address used for the purchase, quoting your order reference or invoice number.

2.3 We acknowledge within 2 working days. Where eligible, we return the amount in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of confirmation. Your bank or card issuer may take a further few days to display it.

2.4 Returns are made only to the original payment method. We do not make returns in cash, to a third party, or to a different account.

3. Purchases outside the refund window

3.1 A purchase is not refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase, or once more than 20% of the course content has been accessed, whichever comes first.

3.2 This policy is disclosed before payment. Course terms, including this clause, are presented on the payment page and must be accepted before a payment can be made.

3.3 Please choose your course with care. We are glad to answer any question before you pay — a question costs you nothing, and a purchase outside the refund window cannot be reversed.

4. A payment taken in error is always returned

4.1 This clause is not a refund of a purchase. It is the correction of a charge that should not have stood, and it is honoured in every case.

4.2 We return the money in full where:

• you were charged and no course access appeared on your account;
• you were charged more than once for the same order; or
• you were charged an amount other than the total shown to you before payment.

4.3 To claim under this clause, email neha@eficazindia.com from the address used for the purchase, quoting the order reference. We acknowledge within 2 working days and return the amount in full within 5–7 working days of confirmation.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

5.1 If you believe a charge is wrong, please write to us first. Most such cases are resolved within a working day, and a direct return is faster than a chargeback.

5.2 Where a chargeback is raised against a payment that was validly made and fulfilled, we will respond to the gateway with the record of the order, the accepted terms and the course access provided.

5.3 Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable Indian law.

6. Cancellation by us

6.1 We may suspend or close an account used in breach of our Terms & Conditions.

6.2 If we discontinue a course entirely, we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused portion of any purchase then held.

8. Governing law and changes

8.1 This policy is governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

8.2 We may amend this policy and will publish the amended version at eflearn.eficazindia.com/refund-policy. The version in force at the time of your payment governs that payment.
